Mr. Jacob Nizri
Chief Executive Officer
Jacob Nizri, Chief Executive Officer for Oridian, Online Media Solutions, joined the company in 2002, as Sales Manager for the German market.
Mr. Nizri holds two Bachelor degrees in Management & Information Technologies and Computer Education, which he later utilized in order to co-found a company focusing on PC-tutorials.
After being promoted to Director of European Sales in 2003, Mr. Nizri was assigned to lead Oridian's first M&A; establishing a German branch, followed by two local representative offices in Latin America and Spain, respectively.
In 2005 Mr. Nizri was announced VP of Oridian and succesded in aligning International operations into profitability, while generating a 100% increase in revenues.
In late 2006 Mr. Nizri was announced CEO of Oridian, focusing on international and future US operations’ management and strategic partnerships alongside daily operations.

Mr. Oded Lev,
VP of Business Development
Oded Lev, Vice president of Business Development, joined Oridian in 2003.
After graduating from the Business Administration program at Manchester University and receiving a Masters degree at the London School of Economics, Mr. Lev returned to Israel to become Chief Sales Manager for SHAPE - Interactive Multimedia Group, followed by a nomination of Director of Business Development for Oridian Online Media Solutions in 2003.
Today Mr. Lev operates as Vice President of Oridian's global operations, heading the company's global business development activity, and pushing forward into creating a strong presence in the US market.

Mr. Sacha Berlik,
VP Agency Relations – Europe, & Managing Director of UK & Germany
Sacha Berlik, currently holding the position of Agency Relations in Europe alongside acting as Oridian’s Managing Director of UK & Germany, he started working for Oridian in 2003, as Owner and co-founder of the Schneider Ad-Network which was acquired by Oridian in early 2005.
Mr. Berlik received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Berlin. In 1995 Mr. Berlik started at SAT.1 Online, Berlin, developing the online department of Germany's most successful TV-Station.
In 1999, he founded the pan-European Ad-Network ActiveAgent, with branches in Hungary, Germany, Switzerland and Austria which he then sold in 2002 to the leading Swiss media broker Goldbachmedia AG. Mr. Berlik also founded the Hamburg based Premium Ad-Network toast-media in 2005 which he sold in early 2006 to Cologne based Ad- Network Ad2Net.

Mr. Meir Zohar,
President – Part time Consultant
Founding Oridian in 1998 Mr. Zohar led the company until late 2006, transforming it into one of the leading global Ad- Networks, serving Billions of monthly Ad -impressions, to a vast global audience.
Under his management, Oridian expanded its worldwide offices into presence in Israel, USA, Germany and UK, reaching profitability and generating annual sales of tens of millions of dollars.
Mr. Zohar graduated the Electronic and Computer Engineering program at the Technion In Israel.
